It Is The 17'Th Anniversary Of The Most Horrifying Event Of The 21'St Century

I got it! They were all accidents, caused by a fault in each plane.

Two 757s, two 767s - products of Boeing.

Normally, when a fault is discovered, a bulletin goes out, warning all operators of that aircraft.

But.....that has not always been the case..... "Pilot error" often used to cover up a flaw which would bring about major lawsuits, lose some stock, risk losing a very profitable contract. 

And Boeing figured, eh....what risk is there.....oh no, two planes just autopiloted themselves into the World Trade Center, another has hit the Pentagon, and one tried to land in some woods!!!
