hey Bub - I didn't go to a State University - I went to a small Catholic School DIII Uni outside of Philly 
Penn State has 'campuses' all over Pennsylvania which pretty much everyone from community colleges transfer to
they're pretty much like CHI Institute, University of Phoenix, Strayer University now - all of these 'County Penn State campuses'.
