Good question Anthony. My Top 5 would be 
1) A Nightmare On Elm Street (with Alice finally returning to the franchise years later)
2) Ginger Snaps 4
3) Demons 3
4) Legally Blonde 3 (Reese Witherspoon confirmed it is finally happening!!)
5) Freeway 2 (with Reese Witherspoon playing Vanessa again)

Hellraiser 4 (With Kirsty returning based on the sequel Clive Barker wrote)
