No, don't think so. I do like butter, and a little spread on the bun would add to the nice "comfort food," element of a burger. But, I see no point in using that much. Also, I don't care for burgers that are so big that I can take a comfortable bite. There's one shot in the video that shows the meat being pushed out of the bun. Seems a like a bit much. Toasted bun with butter would be ok.
