I think there are people who have successful plastic surgery, where it's difficult to tell that they ever had it aside from the fact that they don't seem to age much, but there are plenty of examples of plastic surgery where stars ruin their looks instead, and where they would have looked far better simply by visibly aging/getting a bit wrinkly, etc.
