Are they stringing fans out until Aquaman, Shazam and Wonder Woman have finished playing in theaters? 
I'm expecting an announcement circa Xmas 2019.
No sooner, no later. 
Certainly not when people who don't even care about it say so. 
If all their upcoming movies do well then they'll have every reason to believe they should continue.

No Superman. No Batman. No DCU.
