The event was tragic yes, but US citizens can have feelings of entitlement and indignancy due to the notion that they are superior and more important over the rest of the world. Except for the fact that I am not a US citizen. I am a Canadian citizen. Then why do you have the opinion outlined by Toasted Cheese? Just why do you think that a terrorist event that killed a fewer number of people is more important and 'most horrifying' than events that killed hundreds of thousands in other parts of the world? I would hate to think that it is because you are brainwashed into thinking that the lives of nice white people in a large city in North America are worth more than anonymous brown people in lands far away because it was a ' natural' disaster and that The USA bore no responsibility for this terrorist outcome?
