Good question, Snsurone. I know that Tommy Rettig's hair was "blonded" for his movie and TV roles. Mickey's likely was, too. I can imagine him as being much fairer as a child,--my hair was lighter when I was a kid than when I became a grownup, too--however in Mickey's case is seems way lighter. Jay North wasn't a blonde kid, and he hated the hair color he had playing Dennis the Menace. Then there were the Children Of The Damned. I'd say almost certainly yes.
