Homosexuals are still by far one of the most harassed and under represented subsets the WORLD OVER! There is no culture in the world that you can go to escape hate of gay people.
You could find the most Aryan, Nazi, white power asshole, and he'd still side with a black guy against a homosexual if he knew the black guy was hetero.

In some societies special niches are created for homosexuals. Good examples would be the Catholic clergy and Buddhist monks.
