The show is new to me, but I'll look for it. They seem to be having fun ... and, why not? Good eating for a living is a pretty good career path.
As for the choices presented, I'd go with the "taco breakfast," or (of course) the elegant brunch. The pancake choices were too sweet, and that is not on my radar for a meal.
For the taco selections, I prefer corn tortillas to flour. But, corn might not work as well with the breakfast foods.
