Love baklava but not too syrupy (the first one looks too heavy for me, and chocolate on the second is just ugh). The best kind is with almond (also the most expensive) and then pistachio. If you can get baklava that looks like this, rather than a clump in the middle, it will be nicer and lighter tasting.
