Love baklava but not too syrupy (the first one looks too heavy for me, and chocolate on the second is just ugh). The best kind is with almond (also the most expensive) and then pistachio. If you can get baklava that looks like this, rather than a clump in the middle, it will be nicer and lighter tasting.  Thanks. I love the pistachio ones the most! I have never tried the almond ones but now that you recommend I have to find them!
The ones I get from Ablas are not syrupy actually. These are just photos from google. The Ablas ones are moist but not dripping with syrups.
