In the 2020's, can we go AT LEAST 1 DECADE without having a new Star Wars or Batman movie?

Pfft. Fat chance. We've had exceptions to the rule (Superman between IV and Returns), but they're few and far between. Greedy studios generally can't wait long to make money.
