Nitpicking or not, there's the distinct possibility of the movie content being edited to fit in the commercials .

Obviously you did not see the movie because where he says it they left in everything else in the scene.
If they cut scenes for commercials, they would have done so in other places but I stopped watching because I hate, hate, hate commercial interruptions while watching movies.
