Cleveland Indians retires Chief Wahoo logo

That's the thing.  If it wouldn't be appropriate to have such a logo for a new expansion, how the fcuk should an entity like MLB keep allowing it.  

It'd be like having Nazis on a team roster, but teams no longer allowed to draft Nazis in future.
