First of all, he can't write for shit. His books are absolute trash.

I cannot assess his artistic output, but his profanities against customers and his excessive political tweeting makes it seems reasonable to let him go.

Like Johnson he essentially was a lightning rod for fanboy anger and he reinforced it. I hope he got a fair warning before they fired him though.

I wonder if he is formerly employed with Lucasfilm too, or is he gone for good from the entire Mouse empire?
