I love Star Wars IV.
I really like Rogue One, & probably Empire.
I think the love for it as a franchise sadly rests in the false hopes the other 7 films would capture that.
ROTJ gets a boost for capping a great trilogy. On its own, watched standalone, it's just not the same.
