Star Wars Novels and Novelizations are punished by Disney Worldwide a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company and Del Rey Books a subsidiary of Random House which is a subsidiary of Penguin Random House Publishing Group.

Chuck Wendig was a writer for Star Wars Novels and for Star Wars comic books.  So yes Marvel did fire him, as Marvel can be used colloquially to mean Marvel Studios LLC. the company that makes Marvel movies (sometimes the company is wrongly referred to as the MCU which is the product or the Marvel Cinematic Universe) or it can refer to Marvel Entertainment LLC both subsidiaries of The Walt Disney Company. People also colloquially use Disney for The Walt Disney Company. He was a writer for the aforementioned Star Wars Comics for previously mentioned Marvel Entertainment LLC. Star Wars movies and the novelizations  are made by Lucasfilm LTD. a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company. Technically you could say Chuck Wendig was fired by Marvel, Marvel Engertainment  LLC, Lucasfilm LTD, Disney, and The Walt Disney Company.
