This is supposed to be believable? He was just trying to make sure the OTHER team wasn't cheating?

Yeah the excuse I was hearing yesterday was that he was "making sure they weren't using monitors". It wouldn't surprise me if MLB is shoving this under the rug in the middle of the playoffs only to then revisit it after the World Series. I did see a headline saying "Rival MLB Exec says the Astros are the Patriots of MLB" and that gave me a good laugh.
