Do you think humans will colonize the galaxy?

I'd say flight beyond the solar system is technically impossible as evidenced by the fact that aliens have never landed in Times Square and contacted us. We know probability means they're out there. But the time and distances involved in travel beyond solar systems makes it highly improbable.
