I'd say flight beyond the solar system is technically impossible as evidenced by the fact that aliens have never landed in Times Square and contacted us. We know probability means they're out there. But the time and distances involved in travel beyond solar systems makes it highly improbable. No it doesn't.
Your reasoning is faulty.
My dad worked for NASA and was a rocket scientist. I'm not a rocket scientist and don't claim to be. But the time to travel between solar systems would mean it's not something one human being could complete in a life time. Sorry, distance and time just make it, if not impossible, very very unlikely.
