It is still beyond belief that this series was scheduled during monsoon season, it shows a complete disregard for the fans who have travelled at great cost to be there. Baffling. Not to rain on your parade (boom tish) - but SL cricket doesn’t really give a stuff about how much England fans spend in travelling to watch cricket when drawing up schedules. In fact, I don’t think a single entity anywhere in cricket bothers to think about away fans at all. I'm pretty sure the ECB have to ratify an itinerary for England to tour. Same for every other away country, no? |
