Don't know how many English fans visit SL but I do think Eng should have some power over WI board as quite a lot of English fans travel to West Indies and I believe that could be some significant earnings for WI.

SL are going to have the worst winter in last 30 years of their cricket history it seems. NZ, AUS and SA. They will be killed. BTW, thanks for the article - I had no idea that SL has 4 monsoon seasons.
