Yes. Because they don't play in the same conference and I don't give a damn about people saying you can't cheer for two NY based teams. If they were in the same division or conference then that would make sense, but the Giants are my NFC team and the Jets are my AFC team.

That being said, the Giants are like the older brother who went to college and became successful, and the Jets are the younger brother who became an underachieving stoner who works for minimum wage. Talk about how proud you are of the older brother for doing this and that, and the younger brother has his....thing.
