Having said that, I do believe Mechanical Animals to be one of the finest rock album of the late '90s. But even that was eclipsed by The Fragile, so ¯\_(ツ)_/ ¯.

For the most part I agree, though I usually skip "Closer" (I've heard it too many times on radio/MTV)

Pretty good double album, would have worked better trimmed down to single one though.
