So what does everyone think about the direction of S5 of The Flash?

I think there is something suspicious about Nora. We saw the scene with her and Sherlock Wells and the look on her face at the end of the episode. Why do we have so many Nora’s on these shows? Is it just a coincidence or is there a conspiracy going on and they are they working for a higher Nora? We have this Nora, Barry’s Mum, Nora Dark and Nora Fries is coming to Arrow. Something funny is going on here.
