Keep in mind, the odds are probably pretty solid that whomever it's going to turn out to be, isn't going to be the one in the costume until they film/air the reveal of that person's identity. Until then it can just as easily be a male or female stunt double. Most of the time that would be the case for something like this, when there's no need to have the actual person on set in costume; especially since that might leak or be given away in the credits. Plus from the financial standpoint of who are you going to pay to appear on screen with no lines? Agreed... However, if it will be a woman in the end, the stunt person will be a woman, and vice versa. Which is why I'm fairly certain it will be a woman. If it is a woman it is Thea or Nyssa. I'm calling it now. Thea coming back to take over her brother's superhero identity while he is in jail fits the story and last time we saw Nyssa Oliver was trying to steer her towards being a hero.
