yes they are movies with comic characters but many comic characters were great characters with humanity and depth. not just tools to sell toys.

mcu has pushed that false narrative , reason the reputation of comic movies have suffered today.

Well it's redundant to begin with. A lot of movies are lifted from the pages of books. There's nothing 'factual' to do with a lot of movies. Sherlock Holmes and Jason Bourne aren't real either.
