He’s a significant DC character. He’s not exactly obscure.
My main exposure to him is from the DCAU. He’s a member of the Justice League. He can match it with Superman in battle. But his secret is that he’s a kid.
His portrayal in the League is that he comes across as a heroic, responsible person but sometimes his immaturity is revealed. He can be effective in a team dynamic.
