Disney didn't want that category.
Disney forced that Academy to create that category so MCU could get a non-technical Oscar nomination. Why do you think it disappeared as soon as it was brought up? The category was scrapped because there was plenty of backlash as people recognized that Disney created this category for the sole purpose of getting Black Panther a non-technical Oscar. If you say so, even though many of us has said countless times that was the Academy's decision to create that category. Why are you lying and saying Disney is responsible for that category? |
