In all seriousness, good question. With him and Vulture, he probably put it together and told Scorpion.
I reckon Vulture wouldn’t want Spidey’s identity to be revealed publicly because it would hurt or even harm his daughter, so he may not have told Shocker 2. But in that case, Shocker 2 would at the least know that Spidey had a connection to that school.
