Knowing that Spider-Man is a student at that school, it wouldn't be too hard to figure out Spider-Man's identity. I give them a pass on the Stark internship. There really wasn't a Stark internship and it was all just a lie told to Aunt May so Tony could take Peter out of the country without Aunt May knowing the truth (which basically amounts to kidnapping of a minor and transporting the minor out of the country under false pretenses) and the other villains wouldn't really know about the Stark internship.
