I give them a pass on the Stark internship. There really wasn't a Stark internship and it was all just a lie told to Aunt May so Tony could take Peter out of the country without Aunt May knowing the truth (which basically amounts to kidnapping of a minor and transporting the minor out of the country under false pretenses) and the other villains wouldn't really know about the Stark internship. She'd have to sign papers for him to go on any trip. If she was told that the trip was for a Stark internship (which doesn't exist) and she signed thinking that it was for a Stark internship (which doesn't exist), then that negates any signed approval (since it was signed under fraudulent conditions) and Stark not only committed kidnapping of a minor but also fraud.
