Movies from the Middle East or about the Middle East?
If it's the latter, Persepolis is one of the only movies that comes to my mind.

The Insult is intense.
I also heard of A Girl Walks Home Alone at Night. That could be interesting. I've never seen an Iranian vampire film before. Don't imagine they're a common occurrence either.
