My little brother was always asking this when we were younger. True story, he asked after seeing Vader in his hibernation(?) pod in "The Empire Strikes Back"...

He was also curious as to whether the xenomorphs in "Aliens" peed acid.
Though I don't give the same thorough thoughts and concerns as he, on this subject, I was thinking it had to be very scary for one of the aliens from "Signs" having to drop a deuce in a conventional toilet. On account of their aversion to water. A little splash back could be devastating.
