I wish I liked him more than I do because I am such a fan of Christopher Reeve and they were such good friends and Robin helped him out as much as anyone during a very hard time after his accident.
I did not like him in Good Will Hunting, which I really feel is a terrible film.
I did like his voice work in Aladdin, where his freestyling worked perfectly.
I have tried to watch Mork and Mindy but I just can't get into it.
I thought he perfectly cast as Popeye, a film that starts out with such promise but loses momentum.
In What Dreams May Come, a visual feast, he has his moments but not enough to recommend overall.
He's a very difficult actor to pin down as someone I like or dislike overall.
And then there is Hook, which again I think he had his moments.
But I enjoy his standup routines.
Dead Poet's Society showed me that he could do drama, reign in his 'comic' side.
I was very sad when he died, though.
