Who Is the New Green Arrow?

I heard about that but after what Dinah said in the flash forwards to the future I am pretty certain Roy is the new Green Arrow now 'cause Dinah has never met Roy in the previous seasons and she clearly knows Roy in the future and has some type of history with him so I think Roy is the new Green Arrow and he has returned to Star City to take over the mantle while Oliver is in prison. I have read they are not going to drag it out too long and we will know who the new Green Arrow is before the end of the year so I think it will be revealed in the next two or three episodes and if Dinah or Renee see his face they won't know who he is at first.

Also no one needs to know Roy to know who he is, he was the guy people thought for several years was THE Arrow, remember Oliver revealing he not only is the Green Arrow but The Arrow/Hood was a surprise to the recruits in S5, Dinah also would surely know him from somewhere down the line in the what 10-15 years between present day and the flash forwards.

Also Roy being in the show only in the flash forwards for now works to keep him leaving with Thea in S6 make sense, why did he just leave her again after years apart after a few months? Roy is meant to be a red herring imo to make people think he's the new Green Arrow when he's not.
