Das Experiment (2001) comes immediately to mind.
Bystander effect is demonstrated quite well in a movie called The Incident (1967) (a movie that I very highly recommend BTW).
Lord of the Flies (novel/movies) depicted some of the things that happened in Robbers Cave Experiment.
