I'll go with Doctor Strange holding his own against Thanos. Shit was sick.
Honorable mentions to almost every combat sequence in Winter Soldier, Hulk thrashing Loki, and the Guardians vs. Tony and Peter, which was straight out of a 90s animated series in all the best ways.
