If it's all of the MCU, then I would go for the Hallway Fight in Dare Devil season 1.
If it's just the movies then I really enjoyed the Battle of Wakanda. (only the above ground part.) Georges St-Pierre's fight with Cap on the boat in Winter Soldier has to be up there. Cap and Bucky trashing Ironman I loved the fight.
If you meant movies and don't want the fight to be large crowds fighting then I would go with Caps fight with Crossbones.
