Not at all! Haven't you ever been in a park when some guy stands up on a box and starts ranting and raving about the Lord? (The other one; not you, Lord Death Man.) Those guys AREN'T arrested, unless they're like assaulting someone. I guess it depends on your definition of "a ruckus." If he started hurting or threatening people or damaging property, then sure. But I don't see how DCF's behavior is analogous to that just because you guys dislike his opinions.
