DC-Fan does assault us, though, with his words. Therefore, a real life equivalence of what DC-Fan does on here would be that insane man running over to families and getting in their faces and refusing to leave them alone. Okay, I can work with this -- a civil and reasonable counterargument, that speech can in some contexts be assault. I'm still gonna disagree that his posts qualify for that, but I see where you're coming from. He said MCU fans dishonor their relatives in the military just by being who they are. That is a verbal equivalent of running up to someone, and kicking them in the junk. |
