Not at all! Haven’t you ever been in a park when some guy stands up on a box and starts ranting and raving about the Lord? (The other one; not you, Lord Death Man .) Those guys AREN’T arrested, unless they’re like assaulting someone. I guess it depends on your definition of “a ruckus.” If he started hurting or threatening people or damaging property, then sure. But I don’t see how DCF’s behavior is analogous to that just because you guys dislike his opinions. DC-Fan does assault us, though, with his words. Therefore, a real life equivalence of what DC-Fan does on here would be that insane man running over to families and getting in their faces and refusing to leave them alone. Not to get too political, but I fundamentally disagree with the assertion that words can be assault. That’s just not what assault is. |
