A quick skim of his post history tells me that an outright ban might be a little harsh, but I'm not inflexible. Since I can't force anyone to block anyone else, I suppose I could revoke his posting privileges in this board for a short time and see how it goes. Note that I'm not saying I will, just that I could. I'll watch this thread for a general consensus... In the interest of providing additional context that you prolly know already anyway: the other side of this is that there is a fundamental disagreement about the point of these (specific MCU/DC/etc) boards; some want an open place for discussion of all aspects, including criticism, while others want a rigidly inflexible echo chamber where any criticism of the MCU isn't tolerated. You forgot about those who are fine with a place for discussion of all aspects, including criticism, but don’t want to be generalized, insulted and disrespected daily just because they like a fucking comic book movie franchise. |
