A request for everyone who participate on these boards...

In the interest of providing additional context that you prolly know already anyway: the other side of this is that there is a fundamental disagreement about the point of these (specific MCU/DC/etc) boards; some want an open place for discussion of all aspects, including criticism, while others want a rigidly inflexible echo chamber where any criticism of the MCU isn't tolerated.

DCF is merely the most egregious example; if, in your estimation, his behavior warrants some ban or suspension, that's obviously your prerogative. It's just my respectful suggestion that, if you bend to these concerns now, they'll be nipping at your heels before you know it to "cleanse" the place of whom they perceive to be the "next worst" offender.

This won't satisfy anyone in that particular contingent despite what they claim here, and you'll be back here in a week/month/whatever dealing with their mewling; but then, that comes with the job, I suppose. Anyway, thanks for listening.
