Given the OP's definition I think the following would pretty much qualify...
1)Felon (2008) - 9/10
2)The Green Mile (1999) - 8-8.5/10
3)Shot Caller (2017) - 7.5-8/10
4)The Shawshank Redemption (1994) - 7.5-8/10
NOTE: If you count 'Find Me Guilty (2006)', which I give a 8/10, that would be my #4. but it's mostly in a court room so that might disqualify it based on OP's definition.
