I'll accept the warning, but I have to say it's a bad call on your part. If you're giving me this warning just to make it "fair" because you gave summer8 one earlier, well there's a big difference between him insulting my IQ from out of nowhere and me simply matching his catty attitude with all his criticisms. As far as I can tell, he specifically went against one of the rules, I didn't.

While I agree with your decision to ban personal insults and namecalling, I hope you're not planning on policing these boards everytime a discussion gets heated. That will make discussions here far less interesting and will provide the trolls ridiculous amount of leeway. As for the "attitude", I've told you before - I'm simply matching the attitude displayed by the person I'm talking to. If you want to give me a warning for that then fine... but this is going to set a bad precedent and will end up empowering trolls all the more.

But i agree with you, i don't want to come off overly zealous. Banter fine but just try to not turn it into something that isn't needed for this place.
