Sacha Baron Cohen's movies and shows about fake interviews in character were made throughout the previous decade, before the rise of social media. Nowadays, it's easier to find out things that other media don't tell us. Not to mention that, since Trump got elected, less and less people (right-wing and left-wing) hide their controversial opinions. Therefore, Sacha didn't have the opportunity to expose unknown truths. Luckily, that's not the only way to do satire, so I was still able to enjoy this show... for the most part. Some scenes repeated the same joke over and over, which was tiring. If the joke was bad, the scene felt neverending. When were the jokes bad? Whenever Sacha's character would do or say something gross instead of something related to the specific interviewee. OMG-WHIZZBOY-OMG wasn't gross, but he wasn't a real stereotype like the others. He was a combination of 3 random things, none of which added anything. There were also times where Sacha's plan backfired and the interviewee wasn't annoyed or shocked. They would sit there smiling and kept the conversation going. That kind of thing isn't funny. It wasn't Sacha's fault, but he should've realized when the plan wasn't working and he should've stopped the interview.
