Damn. I haven’t seen this movie yet, but I’m now rooting for it to win that award. It’ll be pretty annoying if that Oscar goes to something like The Incredibles 2. Unless ‘Incredibles 2’ end up being a better-reviewed film in the end.  Apart from the fact that reviews don’t determine which film gets the Oscar (if it did, The LEGO Movie would’ve been nominated), the movie currently has an 8.8 average rating on Rotten Tomatoes, compared to the 7.9 that The Incredibles 2 has. |
