I didn't know a film was made about her final days. Annette Benning plays her. I like several of Gloria's films. I think it's called Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool 2017. Yup, I saw it. It was pretty fine. I actually had no idea that Grahame was basically losing her mind at the end of her life. Quite sad to learn. As for Graheme herself, she always played a great bad girl. In A Lonely Place is a particularly favorite. It's an excellent noir and she's terrific in it. |
